Cardiff Polo Weekend

Postby [email protected] » Sat Jan 28, 2017 12:47 pm

Hi all,

Cardiff Uni Kayakers weekend is coming up! It will be on the 17th-19th March. I know it's quite far away but the oragnisers need to know how many of you want to come.
Individual tickets for each player will be £25, to include accommodation, food on Saturday night and entry to the party (full ticket). If you will be finding your own accommodation, food and won’t be attending the party, then tickets are £10 per person (play only ticket). Fuel will be around £10 (drivers included). There will be a few club subsidies so prices will be a bit less, but I won't know how much less until I know how many people are going.

Please sign up below with:
Name
Kit required
Driver (yes/no) and how many boats you can take
Pick up location
If you want a full/play only ticket

Also, please don't just say yes as it won't help me or the next polo sec!

DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS: Saturday 11th Feb. This is when I'll be emailing the organisers with numbers so if you haven't signed up by then, you won't be going.

Thanks and if you have questions just ask :)

Count me in,
just a BA (if you want me to match)
have car, will take as many boats as you like (also very happy to not drive)
la1 4ah
I guess it would complicate matters not to have a full ticket :p
(once there's a schedule if anyone fancies a cheaky SW river run then I'd be game for that too!!)
